Begin your journey on day one as our driver collects you from your Zanzibar hotel, aligning with your flight schedule. You will then be transferred to the airport to board your flight bound for Mikumi National Park. The estimated arrival time at Mikumi National Park is around midday, depending on your flight schedule.
Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely lunch before embarking on an exciting afternoon and evening game drive, exploring the park’s diverse wildlife until the sun sets. Your overnight stay awaits at a comfortable campsite or lodge, where a delightful dinner will be served.
Day 2: Mikumi National Park to Zanzibar
On the second day, start your morning with a satisfying breakfast, and then head out for a full day of game drives that can extend for approximately 8 hours, allowing you to immerse yourself in the wonders of Mikumi National Park.
After concluding your game drive experiences, exit the park and continue with an en-route game drive, offering opportunities for fantastic wildlife photography. Gradually make your way to the airstrip for a picturesque photo stop before boarding your flight back to Zanzibar.
Your return flight will bring you back to Zanzibar around 18:00 in the late evening, where you will be met by your driver for a transfer to your hotel. A lunch stop in Morogoro town will be included on your journey back.
